Lincoln School News for January 8 - 12, 2018

Happy New Year, January is a busy month!

Toy Drive
United Way is sponsoring a toy drive for homeless children this week as we lead up to MLK Day on January 15.  If you are able, please send in new, unused/unopened toys.  There will be a drop box at Lincoln and the collection is for this week only.

LincolnPaLooZa

If your child did not get paperwork turned in to try out for LincolnPaLooZa, they can still turn it in on the day we get back (Jan. 8).  Please make sure it gets to the office, try-outs start on Wednesday.

For those who are new to Lincoln School, LincolnPaLooZa is our annual talent/variety show that will be held on Feb. 7.

Welcome our New Students

Speaking of new to Lincoln, we have at least 8 new students starting with us after the break.  Please talk to your children about how to make new students feel welcome to our school.

Annual Gym & Swim

Once a year, the high school opens up its field house and swimming pool for elementary families to come and enjoy.  This is NOT a drop off activity, it is a time for the whole family to come and play frisbee, basketball, soccer, swim etc...  The date is Friday, January 19 and the time is from 6:00-8:00pm.
